Concierge Gunsmithing Pick-Up & Drop-Off

You must be 18+ to have a rifle or shotgun picked up and 21+ for any pistol, NFA item, receiver, or other firearm. We do not give refunds if you do not legally qualify for our gunsmithing service once we have arrived. MUST HAVE VALID TX ID/DL WITH CURRENT RESIDENCE LISTED. WE WILL MAINTAIN A COPY DURING THE SERVICE.

Our Concierge Gunsmithing Pick-Up & Drop-Off Service is built around convenience, allowing you to have professional gunsmithing work completed without ever visiting a gun shop.

A MACS technician will come directly to your home, office, or other approved location to securely pick up your firearm. Your project will then be transported to our facility, where our gunsmiths will complete the requested repairs, modifications, or customizations. Once your project is complete, we’ll return your firearm directly to a location of your choice.

For security and chain-of-custody purposes, the individual who transfers the firearm to MACS during pickup must be the same individual who accepts the firearm during delivery.

At this time, customer drop-offs and walk-in service are not available. All concierge gunsmithing projects are completed exclusively through our scheduled pick-up and return service.
