At MACS, we strive to provide our customers with top-tier gear, shipped directly from our fulfillment partners or in-stock inventory. Please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.
If you’ve ordered the wrong part, an item has arrived damaged or broken or simply do not want it anymore, here’s how we handle it:
Return Authorization (RA#)
To initiate a return, please contact MACS to receive your unique RA#. Items received without a valid RA# may not be accepted or processed. Clearly label your package with the RA# on the shipping box or packing slip.
ALL SALES FINAL ON – OPTICS, BARRELS, AND BARRELED RECEIVERS
Due to the nature of these products and our commitment to ensuring every customer receives a brand new item, we do not accept returns on:
- Optics
- Barrels
- Barreled receivers
Once purchased, these items are final sale with no exceptions.
Order Cancellations & Returns
Please note: Ship to Your Door items are non-cancellable once the order is placed. Our automated warehouse systems begin processing immediately, and your item is typically on a conveyor belt within five minutes.
If you no longer want the item, please wait until it arrives and then reach out to us at info.macs@cleanmyguns.com for a Return Authorization (RA#). You can then follow the return instructions provided below.
- On Truck Items:
Cancellations: may be accepted only if the item has not yet been delivered at your service. - Ship To Your Door Items:

Non-cancellable once an order has been placed online.
Returns:
If you have ordered the wrong item, it has arrived broken or damaged or simply want to don’t want it but the item has already shipped and/or arrived at your home:
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ship the item back to our fulfillment center at their own cost.
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover merchant and processing fees.
- Credit will be issued only after our fulfillment center confirms:
- Receipt of the item
- The item is in new, unused condition and in its original undamaged packaging
30-Day Return Window
We offer a blanket 30-day return policy on all eligible items. Any return must be:
- Postmarked before the 31st day from the date of delivery
- Approved with a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#) issued by MACS
- Clearly labeled with the RA# on the shipping box or packing slip
